Workshops
Vicus has implemented Vtiger CRM at Frisian Motors. We have taken care of the complete installation. Furthermore, Vtiger has been optimized by adding modules, including the PDF creator. In this way the best templates can be created that suit Frisian Motors.
For Frisian Motors, Vicus also implemented the link between the WooCommerce multilingual webshop and Vtiger CRM. This eliminates a number of manual actions. Among other things, articles recorded in Vtiger CRM are synchronized to the WooCommerce webshop.
After the installations, Vicus organized a workshop. The reason for this was to allow employees to gain all the necessary knowledge to get started successfully. In addition, this way it was possible to see how Vtiger could be set up in the most optimal way.
Building history
For good customer service and warranty, it is important to build a good vehicle history. From the CRM it now becomes possible to track the history of individual vehicles, number of repairs and type of repair. The Vtiger ticket system is used for this. Through the link between WooCommerce and Vtiger, manual work has been replaced by automation. This saves Frisian Motors valuable time and is less prone to errors.
