Green XS B.V. is a provider of telecom products, among other things. To make their processes clearer and to work from one system, they have chosen Vtiger CRM. Modules can be enabled and disabled when needed. There was a particular need for a better solution for making quotations.
Automatic quote generation
Quotes can be easily composed within Vtiger CRM using the PDF Maker Pro module. Documents can thus be composed from the data available in Vtiger CRM. This module includes a number of sample templates.
By attending a number of workshops, employees can be well prepared. Before a workshop, time is reserved by Vicus to prepare everything properly. After a workshop, time is reserved to set things differently or to remove things. This is done in consultation with the client.
Safe and efficient
Green XS can now work with a CRM which will support them in their daily operations. Since they work with customer data, attention was also paid to the security of that data. Green XS' customer data is well secured in Vtiger. The Secure Password module sets requirements for a password and motivates all employees to renew them regularly.
