What did Vicus do?
Vicus, in consultation with MKB Fonds, prepared a plan of action to carry out the implementation. Vicus installed the software and any add-ons. We always pay a lot of attention to testing. We also let the employees of MKB Fonds test the software themselves. They know their own business processes and can thus see whether the situation is workable. Where necessary, adjustments can then be made in good time. We can also always provide support in setting up a test plan and formulating test cases.
Vtiger is built in such a way that various modules can be connected to it. With the additional PDF maker module, orders and invoices, among other things, can be properly formatted. They are compiled from the data available in Vtiger CRM. Always fully in line with your own house style.
