Quote as required
The Solar Factory sells, how could it be otherwise, solar panels. They were looking for a system to support the salespeople in their work. The desire was to have a quotation generator that could be used as a sales order and installation checklist from the time of creation to production. In addition, it had to be possible to generate a quotation with the completion of only a few items.
Customization to suit the customer's needs
Vicus thought along with De Zonnefabriek and delivered customization of the Vtiger modules accounts, quotation, installations and invoicing entirely to the wishes of De Zonnefabriek. For example, the account includes the contact persons and not via the separate tab contact persons. Fields have been added to the account to record the situation of the building in a structured way. The Vtiger quotations module makes it easy to generate quotations.
By changing the status of the quote to an installation, the purchase order can then be placed, the installation team can be ordered to install the solar panels, and the customer will eventually receive the invoice for the work and parts delivered.
Results
In addition to the already existing Vtiger modules, a new workflow has been added for The Solar Factory. This is now account - quote - installation - invoice. Through intelligent modules, the purchase discounts realized by The Solar Factory are also passed on to the customer. There is also a choice in the quotation to show only collective names or a quotation with all detail parts. Vtiger uses standard text blocks that are placed in custom fields within the quotation. These custom fields can then be customized before the quotation is generated for the specific customer.
Vicus has thus set up a CRM system for the Solar Factory that meets all their needs.
