A big challenge
With the outdated osCommerce webshop and financial and logistics systems, the organization was getting increasingly stuck. A different approach was needed. A large-scale operation because it involved multiple stores, warehouses and a link with the wholesale business. A great challenge for Vicus to bring this to a successful conclusion.
What did Vicus do?
The implemented solution consists of several key components. The Magento webshop set up as a multilanguage multishop. There is a OneStepCheckout for optimal ease of checkout. The VOSBA e-solutions integration framework takes care of the communication between the online and offline systems so that customers, stocks, item data and sales orders are synchronized.
Each shop is linked to its own business administration. In addition to the shop, there is also an app. The iOS and Android versions of the app make it even easier for customers to order, earn points and view and update their data.
The linked King POS system is for scanning and checkout in the stores. There is also a King scanning solution in the stores and warehouses for inventory management. King logistics is further set up with multiple business administrations.
Systems work together
Unlimited Health now has a completely redesigned integrated e-commerce platform. Magento webshop with link to King logistics. In the background, stocks are managed in multiple warehouses. Through the underlying back office system, the physical branches and the webshops work together integrally. Special in this project is that Vicus together with King dealer Van Zutphen and of course the Unlimited Health team replaced the entire online and offline automation in just under 4 weeks.
