Vicus maintains the Vtiger CRM for Husqvarna. Meanwhile, the integrations with the approximately 300 dealer sites have stabilized.
Service and management
Initially, Husqvarna had another partner for Vtiger CRM. Eventually they came to Vicus and we took over the management of Vtiger CRM. In combination with a service subscription we provide the maintenance of the CRM system for Husqvarna.
Customized advice
After discussions with Husqvarna to identify the requirements, a number of activities were performed by Vicus. First of all, we brought the programming work up to standard. This created a good, stable basis. From there, further work can be done.
Among other things, Vicus developed a warranty registration form for consumers. Using the lead form, consumers can request information that is then linked within Vtiger CRM to the right dealer for processing. Web forms within the websites of Dutch and Belgian dealers are styled more neatly than before. The system is set up in such a way to help the inside sales department to better support the e-commerce processes.

Husqvarna can count on a reliable partner in Vicus. We have many years of experience with Vtiger CRM. Our additional services take all the worry out of it. Within the maintenance subscription all standard updates, bugfixes and security patches are installed. For Husqvarna Vtiger CRM runs on a server optimized for Vtiger. This way there is always a reliable and secure environment.
