As Webeasy grew, there was a desire to automate the administration around projects to save time. After a selection of Open Source CRM packages, Vicus emerged as the most suitable package for Webeasy. Vtiger is a CRM package that can easily be expanded with additional modules and functions. It has all the potential to grow with Webeasy.

For Webeasy, it was a logical choice to choose the Vtiger CRM system. Because it is made up of separate modules, you only choose what you need. If Webeasy grows larger, it is easy to grow with it by adding additional functions to Vtiger CRM.
Webeasy and Vicus have been busy implementing the project database within Vtiger. This means that all project data will be converted to one central project database within Vtiger. All data for each individual project is quickly accessible.

Webeasy applies the Vtiger CRM system particularly for customer relationship management:
- Registering of names and addresses of organizations and contacts
- Converting Leads to Sales Opportunities and Quotes
- Record visit reports by the account managers
In addition, Webeasy uses the Vtiger Helpdesk module, also known as the Ticket System. This gives Webeasy insight into the history of projects. This provides the organization with insight into which malfunctions and questions have been asked during a specific project.
