- Secure Passwords: With this Vtiger CRM module you enforce a strong password for all your users and motivate them to change it regularly. In addition, the system will automatically block a user temporarily after a number of failed login attempts from the same IP address.
- Customer portal: Your customers themselves have access to the service portal, where they can report problems, find information about the status of their calls and access product information. Your service employees have a clear overview of all calls and ticket information, can easily set priorities, have access to all customer and product data, keep the knowledge base up to date and communicate efficiently and customer-friendly with your customers.
- Web contact form: A contact form is a web page with input fields. By filling in certain requested information, an e-mail message can easily be sent to the website or shop manager.
