The Vtiger CRM module Warehouse Management consists of seven sub-modules, each with its own function:

• Warehouses - adding warehouses (unlimited number);
• Warehouse Transfer/Rebookings - exchange of products between warehouses;
• Receipt card / goods receipts - adding products to a warehouse (inventory entry);
• Issue card / goods issue - issue products to a warehouse (stock out);
• Packing slips/deliveries - recording of (partial) deliveries to the customer;
• Registration of incoming products - overview of incoming goods (in transit);
• Registration of outgoing products - overview of outgoing goods (in transit).

Why the Warehouse Management module?

The Vtiger CRM module Warehouse Management offers a complete solution for warehouse and inventory management. An unlimited number of warehouses can be created from which you record issues, receipts and rebookings.

In addition, the solution includes the ability to deliver orders to your customer in parts. By default, this cannot be defined in Vtiger.

The set of modules fully integrates with the existing Vtiger modules Products, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices. All these features give you more overview so you can act faster. Separate inventory tracking systems are redundant with this solution.

Normally, you create a purchase order first and it is "closed" when all the goods are received. But, of course, a shipment may come in from another warehouse.
