Mage2King: Sales and delivery history from King to Magento

With this solution, the sales history is transferred from King to the 'my account' environment of Magento.

This module does not create contacts itself if they do not exist (anymore) in Magento, and is therefore dependent on the setup of the synchronization of debtors / contacts / login accounts. Sales orders are added to the contact person (= login account) to which they are linked (important when using the module Multiple contact persons per Debtor). If the contact is missing, the order will not be included in Magento.

Module 1: Mage2King: Sales and delivery history from King to Magento

VOSBA KingSync Mage2King Option which transfers the sales history from King to the 'my account' environment of Magento. With this option the customer always has insight in the actual deliveries and sent invoices through Magento. Even if the original web order in King is changed or orders (eg phone or based on quotes) are created directly in King.

• sales history refers to invoice and delivery history;
• sales history is based on the (EDI) XML and the invoice.pdf created by King at the time the invoice is printed/created;
• By linking, the data will be added to the 'My Account' in Magento;
• the invoice history presents a list of all included invoices (with invoice date and order number) and a link to the invoice.pdf . The invoice.pdf is thus downloadable.
• the delivery history shows the orders with the products delivered in them and the possibility for repeat orders;
• sales history replaces the default Magento tab in My Account for order history
• access to the delivery history has any Magento customer with the same debtor number as the debtor number for which the invoice was created
• access to the invoice history has any Magento customer with the same debtor number as the debtor number for which the invoice was created; this can be contained to a smaller group by including an (specific) additional free field on the King contact;
• this module does not create Magento customers itself if they do not exist (anymore) in Magento, and thus depends on the setup of the synchronization of debtors/contacts/login accounts;

Points of interest:

• You will need the standard link between Magento and King, accounts receivable synchronization from King to Magento is necessary;
• if an invoice contains an item number that does not occur (anymore) in Magento, the invoice/delivery line will be included in the history, but cannot be re-ordered;
• current orders are not visible;
• Ready2Go package is mandatory for completely new link. If this solution is added to an existing link, support hours will be budgeted separately;
• Vicus will provide guidelines within the implementation session for setting up Magento and the erp system;
• you also need the plug-in for Magento to present the sales history in 'my account'.
• Depending on the number of invoices sent, this can have implications for storage and data traffic on both the link and the webshop.

Module 2: Magento Sales and delivery history (from ERP)

Magento plug-in that displays the sales history of an erp system in the 'my account' environment of Magento.

Points of interest:

• sales histories refers to invoice and delivery histories;
• Sales histories that are not yet in Magento are added (yes: create), existing orders are not modified (no: update) or deleted (no: delete);
• sales history are only added to the contact person they are linked to (important when using the Multiple Contacts per Debtor module). If the contact is missing, the order will not be included in Magento;
• This module does not create contacts itself if they do not exist (anymore) in Magento, and thus depends on the setup of the synchronization of debtors/contacts/login accounts;

Points of interest:

• One order per invoice (i.e., no combination/collection invoices);
• One invoice per sales order (i.e., no partial deliveries);
• you need a link between Magento and your ERP.
