Using the EMAIL Maker you create email templates with predefined information. These templates can be sent from all vtiger modules. To do this you have access to all fields in the vtiger modules such as e-mail addresses, names and company details. EMAIL Maker is intended to be a powerful and flexible tool that allows you, as a vtiger user, to design e-mail templates entirely to your own taste.
Using the e-mail templates you can take care of e-mail campaigns. You can also send e-mails from list overviews (e.g. invoices, quotations, products, etc.) This will save you a lot of time. Sending emails is done in the background where you are informed about the progress of the process.
This PRO version also allows you to create email templates that can be invoked in the vtiger workflows.
