  2. What about the security of my WhatsApp chats? The module supports end-to-end encryption of WhatsApp and the provider does not store information about the conversations between parties on their servers.
  3. How many calls are allowed per license? The WhatsApp Chatbot for Vtiger CRM allows 5,000 calls per month. Do you exceed that? If so, contact Vicus.
  4. Is an additional WhatsApp number required? No, you can use your existing WhatsApp number already registered with the WhatsApp extension in your Vtiger CRM installation.
  5. Are there restrictions on who can use the WhatsApp Chatbot? There are no restrictions on users, but the administrator has the right to assign users to configure the WhatsApp Chatbot using the Chatbot Builder.
