The VOSBA MarketplaceConnector is helpful for special operations with item files for marketplaces.
- Processing of article images;
- Convert the specific format or structure in the marketplace article file;
- Perform additional specific operations or controls during the export process;
- Apply export filters (business rules) to allow a selection of the file to pass;
- calculations (e.g., calculate selling price from purchase price via cost-plus method);
- receive sales orders from the marketplace and simultaneously enter a sales order into your accounting system;
- Send orders to your vendors via the VOSBA VendorConnector dropshipment dispatch.
When realizing an online sale, the sales order can be automatically converted into one or more purchase orders from 1 or more suppliers.
This MarketplaceConnector module is a combination of developments over the past few years at various Vicus customers, and thus is now proven technology.
After placing a sales order through the marketplace, it can be automatically processed, including track&trace, in the administration and webshop.
